Service Procedure

If you’re ready to send your unit to us, please post it ‘Special Delivery’ or hand deliver if you wish and put with the unit the following details:

  • Your Name, Address & Contact Number
  • The Make/Model & Year of Vehicle
  • A Brief Description Of The Problem

Send the unit and the above information, to the following address:

Our standard turn around time is 5-7 working days. We will always notify you if the damage is extensive requiring any special order parts which can then take a few extra days.

When you’re unit is ready to be sent back to you, we will send you an invoice for payment. Note that we currently do not accept card payments over the phone but can accept bank transfer, cheque or cash. Once the invoice has been paid, your item will be dispatched with DHL Express couriers. You can also make arrangements to come in and collect the unit if you wish.
