The repair itself is done at component level — a failed injector driver, a corrupted memory chip, a dry joint or a failed voltage regulator is repaired or replaced, rather than the whole board being swapped out. This work is carried out under a microscope with temperature-controlled rework equipment, in our own UK workshop, by our own engineers; nothing is outsourced or sent overseas. No repair is signed off until the unit has passed final testing.
