When the unit arrives, it is logged and visually inspected. Electrical testing follows, then diagnostics specific to the fault. We contact you with the outcome and an estimated repair price, and no chargeable work starts until you authorise it.

The repair is made at component level. Our engineers deal with the specific fault rather than swapping the whole unit, so the engine ECU you send is the one that comes back. The work is done under a microscope with temperature-controlled rework equipment, and nothing is outsourced.

A repair is not finished until the unit passes final testing. Our warranty on that specific repair lasts 24 months.
