Inspection, diagnosis and repair under one roof

An engine ECU reaches us by post from anywhere in the UK. On arrival it is logged and visually inspected, tested electrically, and then taken through diagnostics specific to its fault.

We then contact you with the outcome, and no chargeable work begins until you have authorised it.

The repair is carried out by our own engineers in our own UK workshop, with nothing subcontracted. Working under a microscope with temperature-controlled rework equipment, they put right the specific fault at component level instead of swapping the whole unit.

The work is complete only when the unit passes final testing. It then returns to you with the specific repair under warranty for 24 months, on a non-transferable basis.
