Magneti Marelli IAW engine ECUs reach our UK workshop by post, from anywhere in the country. The vehicle stays with you; the engine ECU is what comes to us. On arrival, each unit is logged and inspected visually. It is then tested electrically and taken through diagnostics aimed at the fault it has.

Once diagnosis is complete, we contact you with what we found and a quote. No chargeable work starts until you authorise it.

Our own engineers then repair the specific fault at component level, such as dry joints or a failed voltage regulator, instead of swapping the whole unit. Because your original unit is the one repaired, it keeps its original coding and immobiliser pairing with the vehicle.

Component work is carried out under a microscope with temperature-controlled rework equipment, in our own workshop and on our own equipment. None of it is outsourced or subcontracted.

The unit has to pass final testing before the repair counts as complete, and it then goes back to you by post. The exact repair our engineers made is guaranteed for 24 months, and the warranty may not be passed to another person.
